So second, on the matter of return on investment, the return on investment we expect to see out of ASG in another 10 years or so going forward is a mass of very well trained Africans with the mindsets, the knowledge, the skills to tackle Africa′s problems in their individual countries and as a continent much more effectively and to do so with a sense of African agency and to do so in a manner that is specific to Africa′s context and therefore is much more likely to achieve better results whether in the economy, whether in politics and whether in the private sector. That′s the return on investment, a well governed, peaceful, prosperous and stable Africa. That would be the ultimate return on investment from the ASG.
